This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes the data processing practices of jilione ("jilione", "we", "us", "the Platform") in relation to users ("Player", "User", "you") who register accounts or otherwise interact with jilione.co and its associated services. This Policy forms part of the agreement between you and jilione and should be read together with jilione's Terms & Conditions.
jilione is committed to handling your personal information responsibly and in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 — the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (DPA) of the Philippines and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, as overseen by the National Privacy Commission (NPC). We collect only what we need, retain it only as long as necessary, and never sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for commercial purposes.
Your Rights Under RA 10173: As a Philippine data subject, you have the right to be informed, the right to access your data, the right to object to processing, the right to erasure or blocking, the right to rectification, the right to data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with the NPC. See Section 9 for how to exercise these rights with jilione.
All data transmitted between your device and jilione is encrypted using industry-standard TLS protocols. Financial information is encrypted at rest and never stored in plain text.
jilione does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to unaffiliated third parties for their own commercial marketing purposes. Your data serves your jilione account — nothing else.
You can access, correct, object to, or request deletion of your jilione personal data at any time by contacting our Data Protection Officer. See Section 9 for the process.
